We stand behind our products, period. If you have an issue with your product, please contact us within 10 days of receipt. If there is a personalization error, that is due to an error on our part, we will make any corrections at our expense with like or similar item as may be available.

Custom and personalized merchandise cannot be returned. To ensure your happiness with our products, you will receive a proof prior to production of Acrylic, Crystal, Plaque Awards & Personalized Gift items. This proof will need to be approved before your order is completed. You will not receive proofs for medals and trophies.
